Welcome to Trade Olympix, the annual global marketplace designed to connect manufacturers, buyers, distributors, and innovators worldwide. By participating in Trade Olympix, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

GENERAL TERMS

1. Eligibility Criteria

1.1. Exhibitors:

Must be a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier of unregulated everyday goods.
Must provide valid business registration and tax identification documents.
Must comply with international trade laws and regulations.

1.2. Sponsors:

Must align with Trade Olympix’s mission of promoting sustainability, innovation, and ethical trade practices.
Must provide proof of legal business operations.

1.3. Attendees:

Must be 18 years or older.
Must provide valid identification for registration and entry.

2. Payment & Refund Policies

2.1. Payments:

All payments for booth bookings, sponsorships, and tickets must be made through the official Trade Olympix payment gateway.
Payments are due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2. Refunds:

Booth bookings and sponsorships are non-refundable.
Ticket refunds are available up to 30 days before the event, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.

EVENT POLICIES

1. Code of Conduct for Participants

1.1. All participants (exhibitors, sponsors, attendees, and staff) must:

Treat others with respect and professionalism.
Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior.
Comply with all local, national, and international laws.
Adhere to the event schedule and guidelines provided by Trade Olympix organizers.

1.2. Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

2. Sustainability and Ethical Trade Guidelines

2.1. Participants must:

Commit to sustainable practices in their operations and products.
Avoid the use of materials or processes that harm the environment.
Ensure fair labor practices and ethical sourcing of goods.
Comply with all sustainability grants and initiatives outlined by Trade Olympix.

LEGAL INFORMATION

1. Liability Waivers

1.1. Trade Olympix and its organizers are not liable for:

Any loss, damage, or theft of personal or business property during the event.
Any injuries or accidents occurring during the event.
Any disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations).

1.2. Participants are responsible for their insurance coverage for property, health, and liability.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. Exhibitor Content:

Exhibitors retain ownership of their intellectual property (e.g., product designs, logos, and marketing materials).
By participating, exhibitors grant Trade Olympix the right to use their content for promotional purposes.

2.2. Event Branding:

The Trade Olympix name, logo, and branding are the intellectual property of the event organizers.
Unauthorized use of Trade Olympix branding is prohibited

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data Collection

1.1. Trade Olympix collects the following information:

Personal details (e.g., name, email, phone number) for registration and communication.
Business information (e.g., company name, industry, tax ID) for exhibitors and sponsors.
Payment information for processing transactions.

2. Data Usage

2.1. Collected data is used to:

Facilitate event participation and communication.
Improve event services and user experience.
Send updates, newsletters, and promotional materials (with consent).

3. Data Protection

Trade Olympix implements industry-standard security measures to protect participant data.
Data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting inquiries@tradeolympix.com.

AMENDMENTS & GOVERNING LAW

Trade Olympix reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
